It is absurd to think someone cannot get a job or make money in this day in age with the internet and gig jobs a d e eruthibg else. It is about drive and motive. Why should those of us who put forth the hard work to end up successful be the ones who have to carry those who don't want to and just want to live it up on somone else's dollar? Life ain't free. Even if we were back in caves we would all have to gather our own food and keep our places warm on our own. There was no safety net. I think the safety net is being abused and it shouldn't be something that so.eone is allowed to stay on indefinitely when they are actually capable of making money. If you can move your hand, you can make money. There are so many endless ways to make cash at the click of a mouse these days it is ridiculous.

Yeah I’m not sure how Drew envisions the practical implementation of this.. maybe he can speak to that.

I think he distinctly stated that those people would not be included.

Those that can help themselves should, and those that won’t but can should not be leeching off the backs of hardworking Americans.

Thats how I interpreted it anyway.

It’s not that I’m advocating a free pass to all, just adding some nuance.

What I would object to is that every illegal is handed money the moment they’ve crossed a border. Not meaning those fleeing war or persecution.
