As I woke up from a midday nap with my 8 month old, I saw two text messages on my notifications. One from someone I consider a friend and mentor that stated, “Holy Shit! Did you see?” And one from another friend that said, “BRO! Trump will now become president because of that assassination attempt!”
This was a surreal experience. Waking up in a daze of midday-early evening grogginess, I couldn’t believe what I just read. However, I’m in no way surprised.
During times of crisis and absurdity, we all need to remember to laugh. So, without further ado…
