Lost Lands 2024: A Prehistoric Musical Adventure - Day 3
Legend Valley, OH, USA
As we wrap up an unforgettable weekend at Lost Lands 2024, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to our subscribers, followers, friends, and family. Your support has made this experience possible, and we couldn’t have done it without you! Attending an event of this magnitude, even with complimentary passes, comes with its own set of financial challenges.
Thanks to some amazing friends who helped us split costs, we were able to make this trip affordable and enjoyable for all of you.
Our ideal sets to catch this weekend truly delivered, featuring some of our favorite artists. We wanted to kick things off with Chef Boyarbeatz, who we first experienced after our initial LittleBig show where he opened for Boogie T right after our LittleBig show ended. His energy and creativity set the perfect tone for the day.
Next up was Level Up, an artist we’ve seen multiple times, and as always, he brought an electrifying experience that left the crowd buzzing.
We were also thrilled to catch Ray Volpe, who has a special place in our hearts for his incredible shows at The Armory, one of our favorite local venues. His performance was a highlight, showcasing the talent that makes him a staple in our festival lineup.
Skull Machine was another standout for us. Personally, nothing beats the way Kai Wachi delivers with BTSM improving their overall performance in my opinion, and being introduced to his work by my wife years ago has created a lasting appreciation for his sound.
Finally, we planned to close out our weekend with the highly anticipated Excision B2B Wooli set. Both of these artists are favorites in the EDM scene, and their back-to-back performance was nothing short of spectacular. The synergy between them created an atmosphere that was electric and unforgettable.
While Lost Lands 2024 had its challenges—such as a vehicls VS tent incident on night two that caused injuries but thankfully no fatalities—the overall experience was positive. We heard all kinds of crazy stories at the festival and on reddit after, in fact so much that Lost Lands had to make some official announcements to clear up all the “Stories” so from what we found searching with the local authorities we were only able to find two confirmed deaths over the weekend, which is notable considering the event's size. The extra safety measures, including a fire ban and improved traffic flow thanks to the new tunnel, may have contributed to a safer environment this year.
As we reflect on this incredible weekend, we are filled with gratitude for the music, the memories, and the community. Thank you once again for your support and for joining us on this journey. We can’t wait to share more experiences with you in the future! Until next time, keep the music alive!
