Joe Biden Forgives Student Loans, Bucking the SCOTUS Decision

Is Bidens administration hellbent on destroying our institutions?

Starting today, the first round of folks who are enrolled in our SAVE student loan repayment plan who have paid their loans for 10 years and borrowed $12,000 or less will have their debt cancelled.

That’s 150,000 Americans and counting.

And we’re pushing to relieve more.

This is unfreakingbelievable! This goes against the Supreme Court’s ruling on this topic from the first years of the Biden Administration.

I can already hear the justifications being formed from those on the left. I guarantee their arguments are going to involve Texas ignoring the SCOTUS ruling to leave a park. I'd like to dismantle that argument right now because those are two extremely different cases.

In one case, Texas, a state is protecting themselves from illegal aliens, who have continued to flood into texas for the past four years. Then on top of it they have to protect themselves because the federal government is failing at its sworn duty to protect the borders of this nation! The same administration that has been ignoring its constitutional duties in protecting the border is now defying another branch of government. If you can't see who the true Authoritarians are, you are a part of the problem. It's blatantly obvious now.

The other is a rogue executive branch using billions of dollars in taxpayers money to illegally forgive student loans. A power the executive branch does not have, and of which the Supreme Court ruled was unconstitutional. These Democrats couldn't pass a student relief bill when they had the majority in the house and the senate! If you want student loan forgiveness using taxpayer money, that needs to be done by passing legislation.

I hope voters see this for what it is, nothing more than Biden buying votes, while doing as much harm to the country at the same time as possible by defying the legislative branch. This is reckless on many levels. We are watching this administration systematically destroying all of our institutions one at a time. While they are doing that, they are becoming more and more Authoritarian. Each act has become bolder and more brazen in the actions they take to violate the constitution.

There might be a silver lining in this. This act screams desperation from the Biden administration. Democrats know they are going to get crushed come November even with their little ballot harvesting operation because of the way the Biden administration has handled the border and how they keep gaslighting Americans about how good Bidenomics has made the economy.

I really think that People are finally waking up and realizing that those are much bigger threats to our country than anything Trump has done. Biden's policies have lead to a lower standard of living year after year for Americans, of which the we have never seen in the United States in such a short period of time, while the stock market is simultaneously making new highs day after day!
