Author's Note for clarity... I am in no way against personal wealth and I am not for the "redistribution of wealth" in the way Conservatives like to use as a foil. So, near the top of the essay when I speak of equality I am speaking to the "equality of access' to things like good education, job training and relevant work experience. All afterwards is on the person to achieve the goal > "all else being equal" thanks!
