Ashley Biden confirms authenticity of diary in letter to Judge

“I will forever have to deal with the fact that my personal journal can be viewed online.”

The contents of the Ashley Biden diary, contents that detailed her father taking showers with her which she characterized as “probably not appropriate”, have been verified as authentic by Ashley Biden herself, in a new court filing. The diary also detailed being “hyper-sexualized” at a young age, amongst other things.

She made this statement in a letter to Judge Laura Taylor Swain, Chief United States District Judge of New York, on April 8th, 2024, confirming its authenticity and describing the pain she is enduring by having her diary available for everyone to read in the internet.

Snopes had even suggested prior to this updated fact check that there was “STRONG EVIDENCE” that the diary and the contents published were in fact real, but had no official verification to back it with — until now.

However, the fact that it was not verified by Ashley was used by many to discredit the story outright.
