A quick update on the Missouri v Biden Case
Oral arguments regarding the injunction which barred Feds and social media from communicating to censor Americans speech to be heard
Oral arguments are set to begin on March 18th, 2024 over the temporary injunction handed down by Judge Doughty back in July, 2023, which barred the Feds, Social Media platforms, and NGO’s from communicating with each other for the purpose of censoring Americans constitutionally protected speech online.
This injunction was temporarily stayed by SCOTUS, meaning the injunction is NOT currently in effect.
The update was highlighted by Tracy Beanz on X today where she said,
The hearing regarding the temporary injunction which would halt the government from communicating with social media companies on a myriad of topics will be held March 18, 2024. It’s important to note that SCOTUS isn’t hearing the case itself, but arguments on the injunction, which was affirmed and upheld by the 5th circuit…twice.
She has some of the most comprehensive coverage of this case to date.
It seems to me they can talk all they want, but when they take action to censor speech, this would be the basis for a case.
